Terms & Conditions PRO


These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using Wanderlust Videos services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:


1. Our service 

Our service includes integral editing and advisory that covers the following features:
  1. Footage culling.

  2. Soundtrack selection and licensing from Musicbed and Artlist.

  3. Montage.

  4. Color correction and color grading.

  5. Audio editing and sound design. 

  6. Internal reviews to ensure consistency and alignment.

  7. Deliverables (assets, final cuts, music licenses, project file)

 2. Communication

The main communication channel between the Client and the Project Managers is the Wanderlust Videos platform. 

Communication through email will not be considered a primary follow-up channel and Wanderlust Videos will not be held responsible for un-seen updates by the client.

One project manager will coordinate all the projects of the same Client; however, the assignment of a Project Manager will be arbitrary and may change along the way due to workflow organization.

Once the editing process starts, the Project Manager may contact the client to request additional information.


  • Eligibility: Pre-booking is available exclusively for future wedding projects. By pre-booking, Clients may benefit from potentially shorter turnaround times, depending on the timing of their submission.

  • Upfront payment: Pre-booking requires full payment upfront.

  • Footage submission: To meet agreed delivery timelines, the Client must upload all footage within 10 calendar days following the wedding date.

  • Non-Compliance:

Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to decline future pre-booking requests from Clients who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Delays in footage uploads or incomplete project briefs may result in financial penalties proportional to the delay or missing information. These penalties will be communicated in advance and either deducted from the remaining balance or invoiced separately.

  • Editor assignment: Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to reassign projects to a different editor based on availability. Any such reassignment may result in adjusted turnaround times, which will be communicated promptly to the Client.


4. Project Brief

The first step of our process when ordering a new project consists of filling out a project brief, which is a detailed form with mandatory inputs and questions.

Wanderlust Videos will not be held responsible for any issues caused by the consequence of ambiguous or missing information in the project brief. If the project brief lacks necessary details or is updated after editing has begun, no refunds or complaints will be accepted, as the responsibility lies with the Client.


 5. Matching process

Each project will be matched to the editor who best suits the project’s requirements and who will provide the most optimal turnaround time.

Once matched, the client will be notified of the delivery date.

In case of any setbacks with the delivery date, the client will be notified as far in advance as possible.

Clients can’t request at any moment or for any reason to work with a specific editor. Every client will be assigned a minimum team of three editors.

The Wanderlust Video’s staff is not required to share any personal information about the editors.


The standard editing process takes 21 days (3 weeks) for simple projects. However, the delivery date will vary depending on demand.

Each project will be handled by only one editor at a time. If any issues arise with the editor's availability during the editing process, Wanderlust Video has a backup protocol in place to ensure the editing process proceeds without disruption and the project is completed on the established delivery date, as long as it aligns with the company’s workflow.


A project can be active for a maximum of 45 days. If a project extends beyond this timeframe, the Client can only choose between

  1.  Closing the project and receiving the project files.

  2. Reopening the project with a new editor and new delivery dates *(See prices on “Re-opened projects”)


Should the client request the use of any external plugin besides the ones included in software “DaVinci Resolve”, “Final Cut Pro X” and “Premiere Pro”, both the plugin and activation code must be provided. 

VFX requested and approved to be done by the team will have an extra charge depending on the request.

Wanderlust Videos will not be held responsible for software incompatibilities or extended delivery dates presented when working with libraries or project files sent over by clients.


7. Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance specialists are in charge of reviewing each video thoroughly to guarantee a final product that is consistent with the reference and data supplied by the client on the project brief. The possibility of skipping this stage may not be requested at any time, since it is considered an essential process to achieving the standards pursued by the company. 

Each client will always work with the same Quality Assurance team to preserve consistency. 


8. First delivery

The video/s will be delivered once the Quality Assurance specialist considers it ready to be sent to the client according to the information provided in the project brief and the established delivery date.


The established delivery date refers to the first delivery of the video/s. The final delivery date will depend on the client’s choice to request any modifications. As such, Wanderlust Video cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines agreed between the videographer and their clients.


9. Revisions

9.1 Revision process

Every project purchased includes 2 rounds of revisions.

Clients may purchase up to 2 more for the amount of $40 each.

For photographers and videographers, the first project includes up to four rounds of revisions at no additional cost. This benefit does not apply to couples seeking to have their wedding films edited.

Only when the Client informs through the platform that feedback was left on Frame io, the Editor will work on the requested revisions. 

Internal revisions between Quality Assurance specialists and the Editor will occur until the updated film is ready to be sent to the Client.


9.1 Revision deadlines and timeframes

The client has fourteen (14) days to provide feedback for the 1st round of revisions and seven (7) days for the 2nd round. If more than two rounds of revisions are requested, the deadline for feedback will be determined based on the remaining time within the 60-day project window.

The feedback from the couple should be made within these time frames as well. Wanderlust Videos is not responsible for delays between the Client and Couples.

Wanderlust Videos will approve and close the project automatically in case of not receiving any feedback within the established time  frame mentioned above.


9.3 Major Change

A major change is considered a request that differs from the initial purchase and project brief requirements at any stage. This may include changes to the video’s structure after the first round of revisions. Whether a change is considered major will be determined by the Wanderlust team based on the following criteria.


If a major change is identified, the client will be informed of the corresponding fee. Fees are determined based on:

1-  The film’s length

2- The complexity of the request


 9.4 Turnaround time for updated videos

The updated film/s will be delivered in a standard period of seven (7) days if the project is a project of up to two (2) videos and simple corrections.

All projects that include more than two (2) videos or major revisions (such as a soundtrack change, restructuring of the storytelling, change of reference, etc), may need more than 7 days to be delivered with the quality we aim for.


9.5 Changes during the process


If, after a round of revisions, the client decides to modify the type of video, its duration, include creative effects, or make any other changes that affect the structure of the video, Wanderlust Videos is only responsible for delivering the final export of the requested video. We do not deliver any intermediate versions.


10. Deliverables

Only when all the videos within the project have been approved, the Client can request the corresponding deliverables.

Deliverables also go through an internal revision with our Quality Assurance specialist to ensure that these are delivered as clean and organized as possible. This process may take up to five (5) business days.


Deliverables include:

  • Export/s

  • Project file (.drp / .prproj / .xml)

  • Assets

  • Music licenses


11. Media transfer methods

Raw media can only be delivered via:

11.1  Dropbox and Google Drive links.

Our workflow is optimized for these servers; therefore, media transfers via cloud services other than Dropbox and Google Drive will not be accepted by Wanderlust Videos.


 11.2 Hard drive

It is the Client’s responsibility to verify that the footage sent via hard drive is correct. If there is any oversight on the material that results in extra footage (more than 1TB), fees will be charged.

Wanderlust Videos will not be held responsible in the event of loss or damage of the package while being manipulated by the postal service or for any inconvenience caused as a result of missing or incomplete footage on behalf of the client. 


11.3 Wanderdrive

Our proprietary platform for managing and organizing files efficiently.


12. Raw footage file size

​Additional charges apply if the footage file size exceeds 1 TB.


  •     1TB to 1.5TB: $190.00

  •     1.5TB to 2TB: $285.00

  •     +2TB: $380.00

If the file size of the footage downloaded by Wanderlust Videos is larger than the file size initially established by the client on the project brief, the editing process will be put on hold until the invoice for the difference is paid by the Client.


13. Turnaround time and delivery dates

The turnaround time is updated every week on our website and platform. It is subject to demand and the availability of the editors of each editing software.

The delivery date of each project will be established once an editor has been matched to it. 


Wanderlust Videos will not take responsibility for delays in projects caused by:


  1. Missing or incomplete footage  

  2. Additional footage included after the editing process has begun 

  3. Additional videos are added to a project after the editing process has begun 

  4. Incomplete or ambiguous information on the project brief

  5. Delay or lack of response

  6. Delay in payments for extra fees

If any of the aforementioned circumstances arise, Wanderlust Videos may decide to put the project on hold or move forward based on the team’s best criteria to preserve the quality and deadline.

The client will be notified if Wanderlust Videos experiences delays in delivering the video/s for any reason.


 14. Soundtrack licensing

 Wanderlust Videos provides licensed soundtracks from Musicbed and Artlist.

Should the Client request to use unlicensed soundtracks, Wanderlust Videos will not be held responsible for the licensing of music files without copyright permissions and/or any issues that might arise related to this. 


15. Copyright and privacy policy

No attributes or recognition are required on our behalf.

Wanderlust Videos is allowed to share the complete videos or parts of them for marketing purposes only when the Client agrees to it.


16. Reopening projects

The client can solicit to reopen a previously approved and closed project to provide new revisions, however, no new videos may be added. New videos must be purchased as a new project.

To request new revisions, the following rates apply:


  1. For revisions requested within 7 days of closing the project:  

    • $40 per video to reopen

    •  1 round of revision is included to make sure the requests were addressed correctly (new different requests will count as an extra round).

    • Extras may be charged (major changes, new footage, multiple-day wedding, etc)

    • Loyalty Club points do add up


  1. For revisions requested after  7 days of closing the project:  

    • $50 for downloading the footage again

    • $40 per video to reopen

    •  1 round of revision is included to make sure the requests were addressed correctly (new different requests will count as an extra round).

    • Extras may be charged (major changes, new footage, multiple-day wedding, etc)

    • Loyalty Club points do add up


Delivery dates on a reopened project are not expedited, therefore, it will always depend on the turnaround time at the moment.

Wanderlust Videos will aim to maintain the project’s original editor; however, if the editor is no longer available, the reopened project will be assigned to the following available editor.


Wanderlust Videos will store all the raw media provided by the Client for seven (7) days after the project is approved and closed. After this period, all footage will be permanently removed from Wanderlust Videos’ servers.


Once the project files are delivered, it is the Client’s responsibility to create full backups of all media provided. Wanderlust Videos is not bound to keep the project files and/or apply any modifications to them after one (1) month of the delivery.


18. Payments

Full payment is required upfront before starting the editing process. 


USD is the only currency accepted.

All extra fees will be invoiced via PayPal or Stripe.

Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, Stripe and/or wire transfers. 

Discounts received through bulk purchases and marketing campaigns other than loyalty club discounts and package discounts, will not be considered when modifying a purchase. 


Special payment conditions apply to bulk purchases made through Wire Transfer, ACH transfer, Wise, Venmo, or PayPal. Please note that any associated transaction fees will be charged to the client.


19. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The client may request to cancel a project at any given time; however, refunds for cancellations will depend on the stage of the project:


  • If the editing process has not started: Wanderlust Videos will provide a total refund, less administrative and financial fees. Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to charge any additional costs incurred from the transaction, up to 20% of the total price.

  • If the editing process has started: Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to withhold any amount up to 100% of the total fee of the canceled item.


Refunds can be made in USD or wandercoins (wandercoins are credits that can be redeemed on post-production services offered by Wanderlust Videos (1 wandercoin equals 1 USD)).


If the Client is not satisfied with the final product based only on subjective standards or due to missing information in the project brief, Wanderlust Videos will not take this as a valid reason for a refund, as the company has a thorough procedure to ensure that the client’s requirements are met.


This procedure includes:

  • Onboarding approach through calls and/or written questionnaires.

  • A project brief for the client to complete with the details and needs for every project.

  • A matching system with an editing team that suits the client’s style.

  • An internal database with relevant information that we gather from the client’s projects to ensure consistency.

  • A Project Manager who assists the client throughout the whole process.

  • A Quality Control team that guides the editor to achieve everything that is set on the project brief provided by the client.

  • Two rounds of revisions to request adjustments, allowing the team to deliver a project that reaches the client’s expectations.


20. Model release agreements

Wanderlust Videos will not take any responsibility for any talent/model authorizations or permissions that may be required to feature people in the projects that Wanderlust Videos edits. 

21. Loyalty Club

The Client will join Wanderlust Videos Loyalty Club by collecting 3250 points. Every USD the Client invests at Wanderlust Videos equals 1 point.

When the Client joins the Loyalty Club, a 10% discount will be applied to every project requested within 6 months.

The membership is renewed every six months. If the Client collects 3250 points again within 6 months, they will continue to be a member of Wanderlust Videos Loyalty Club.


22. Referral Program 

Members will earn wandercoins (Wanderlust Videos credits) if the referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Wanderlust Videos new account and purchases their first project with Wanderlust Videos.


Wandercoins expire 365 days after the client earns them.

The maximum amount of wandercoins that can be earned through the referral program per member is $5,000 in total per year.

Wandercoins can only be exchanged at Wanderlust Videos LLC for post-production services. 


Wandercoins cannot be obtained by creating multiple accounts by the same user. If this were to occur and the earned wandercoins were redeemed as credit for a project, this purchase would not be considered valid.

Wandercoins accrued in separate accounts may not be combined into one account.

Wandercoins may not be transferred to another user, exchanged for cash, or combined with any other discounts. 


Referred friends may only use one referral link. If a person receives referral links from multiple members, only the member associated with the referral link used by the referred friend to request their first project will receive wandercoins.

If a project later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund the Client may receive is the amount paid for the project in US Dollars only, discounts and gifted wandercoins won’t be refunded.


Wanderlust Videos may revoke, suspend, or terminate the program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove wandercoins if we notice any activity considered abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Wanderlust Videos Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion, as deemed fair and appropriate.

23. Wandercoins Policy and Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 1st 2024


23.1 Overview

Wandercoins is a loyalty program offered by Wanderlust Videos, allowing customers to earn and redeem Wandercoins for discounts on future purchases. At the Wanderlust platform, one wandercoin is equivalent to 1 dollar.


By participating in the Wandercoins program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


23.2 Eligibility

The Wandercoins program is available to registered clients of Wanderlust Videos who have an active account on our platform. An 'active account' is defined as an account that has purchased at least one project.


Wandercoins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.


23.3 Earning Wandercoins

Wandercoins are earned based on the total amount spent on eligible services and products purchased through the Wanderlust Videos platform. The rate of accumulation will be communicated in the offer details or as specified on the Wanderlust Videos website.


Wandercoins may also be earned through special promotions, referrals, or other actions as determined by Wanderlust Videos. These opportunities will be communicated through our platform, marketing materials, or direct communication via email.


Wandercoins will be credited to your account within a maximum of 72 hours after the completion of a qualifying purchase.


If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding Wandercoins earned from that purchase will be deducted from the client’s account.


23.4 Redeeming Wandercoins


Wandercoins can be redeemed on future purchases of eligible services and products. The redemption rate and eligible services will be specified on the Wanderlust Videos platform.


The minimum number of Wandercoins required for redemption will be communicated on the platform. Partial redemption of Wandercoins is allowed, and the remaining balance will be retained in your account.


Wandercoins cannot be combined with other forms of discounts, promotions, or credits unless explicitly stated in the offer or by Wanderlust Videos.


23.5 Expiration and Forfeiture


Wandercoins will expire 365 days after the date they are credited to your account. They will remain available until redeemed.


Wandercoins will be forfeited if your account is closed, suspended, or terminated for any reason.


Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to modify the conditions for forfeiture of Wandercoins at any time.


If your account becomes inactive for more than 18 months, Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to forfeit your Wandercoins. You will be notified via email before any forfeiture due to inactivity.


23.6 Account Management‌


You can view your Wandercoins balance and transaction history by logging into your account on the Wanderlust Videos platform.‌


It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date. Wanderlust Videos is not responsible for any errors or delays in crediting or redeeming Wandercoins due to incorrect or outdated account information.


23.7 Program Changes and Termination


Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Wandercoins program at any time without notice, if fraudulent behavior is suspected . In the event of termination, any unredeemed Wandercoins will be forfeited.


Changes to the Wandercoins program, including earning rates, redemption rates, and eligible services, will be communicated through the Wanderlust Videos platform or via email.


Wanderlust Videos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Wandercoins program at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will have 30 days to redeem any unredeemed Wandercoins before they are forfeited.


23.8 Wandercoins in Bulk Purchases

Occasionally, as part of a special promotion or commercial action, we offer clients the opportunity to purchase Wandercoins in bulk with a bonus. This means that when clients agree to buy a certain amount of Wandercoins (WC), they receive a surplus, or extra Wandercoins, credited to their account as part of the promotion. This is a limited-time offer and is subject to the following terms:


1. Non-cumulative promotions: Wandercoins corresponding to a bulk purchase cannot be combined with other active promotions, discounts, or commercial actions available at the time of purchase or in the future.

2. Non-cumulative with discount codes: Payments made using Wandercoins are not eligible for additional discounts through discount codes. Only one method of discount may be applied per transaction.

3. Non-refundable: Wandercoins purchased through this bulk promotion are non-refundable. Clients must carefully consider their needs before making the purchase, as unused Wandercoins cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

4. No expiration: Wandercoins purchased as part of the bulk promotion do not expire and can be used at any time, allowing clients flexibility in planning their future projects.

5. Limited to bulk purchase terms: The promotional terms only apply to bulk purchases of Wandercoins as outlined by the specific offer. Clients cannot request to retroactively apply bulk purchase benefits to smaller, individual purchases of Wandercoins.

6. Transfer restrictions: Wandercoins obtained through this promotion are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchasing client. They cannot be gifted or sold to other clients.

7. Minimum spend requirements: There may be a minimum purchase amount of Wandercoins required to qualify for the bulk purchase promotion, depending on the specific terms of the action.

24. Governing Law

 These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed following the laws of the state where Wanderlust Videos is registered. Any disputes arising from or related to the Wandercoins program or about projects shall be resolved in the courts of that state.


25. Limitation of Liability

Wanderlust Videos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to changes, suspensions, or terminations of any programs or offerings.

Our total liability under these terms and conditions is limited to the direct value of the services or benefits accrued and held in your account at the time of the issue

26. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wanderlust Videos’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including any future modifications. Continued use of our services after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.



Wanderlust Videos may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Should changes be made, the Client will always get notified. All changes become effective upon posting on our digital platform. Continued participation in the use of Wanderlust Videos’ services after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
